 * Mentor and coach engineers on frontend frameworks, state management, accessibility, performance, and testing best practices.
 * Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to translate business needs into exceptional user experiences.
 * Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and advocate for best practices in frontend and full-stack engineering.
