The successful candidate is a motivated self-starter who will work in collaboration with technical teams, the program manager, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant ServiceNow applications that enhance IT service management (ITSM), workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives in an Agile environment. This position requires experience developing ServiceNow applications and integrations while adhering to federal cybersecurity, accessibility, and software development standards.
