This leader will play a critical role in driving strategy, operational excellence, and team performance across a complex, mission-critical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-first culture, values collaboration, and can balance technical understanding with strong leadership and execution. This is a contract-to-hire or full time/ direct hire position with our client which requires onsite support in Warrenville, IL up to two times per week. What You'll Do: * Lead end-to-end network engineering initiatives, including planning, design, implementation, and ongoing operations * Manage and develop a high-performing technical team focused on enterprise network services * Establish and execute network strategy and roadmap (routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, security) * Ensure stability, reliability, scalability, and security of network infrastructure across the enterprise * Partner with business and IT leaders to understand needs and deliver scalable technology solutions * Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors * Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning * Lead or participate in governance forums to prioritize initiatives and align delivery * Support continuous improvement and innovation through evaluation of new technologies and industry trends * Ensure successful delivery of projects and operational readiness while proactively addressing risks and escalations, If you are MOTIVATED… you can make IT happen at Sentinel.
