The successful candidate will have a passion for learning design, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles. He or she will have a minimum of 5 years experience in instructional design or a related field, with a strong track record of creating impactful learning experiences., Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Organizational Development - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Experience with adult learning instructional design methods and best practices - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience in project and program management and delivering key business outcomes - Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks - Experience with Graphics/Photo imaging/Video software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Visio, etc.), Articulate 360, Microsoft SharePoint etc. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions. - Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in learning design is a plus. - 1+ years of experience integrating generative AI tools into professional workflows to augment productivity or content quality, Master's degree or equivalent in Education Technology, Instructional Design/Technology, Adult Education, Visual Communications, or equivalent studies - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) - Experience with Xyleme (LCMS). - Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications. - Able to write effective instructional texts and scripts. ## Description Come build scalable, authentic learning experiences that will shape the next generation of engineers and project managers across Amazon Robotics (AR).
