 * Experience working with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence
 * Strong understanding of JQL and/or basic SQL queries
 * Basic understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies

## Description

* Work with cross-functional teams to build and support applications using Jira Service Desk
 * Collaborate with customers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
 * Configure and manage Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
 * Develop and maintain dashboards, boards, filters, and workflow customizations
 * Provide ongoing troubleshooting and end-user support
 * Research, test, and implement Jira and Confluence add-ons
 * Assist in developing custom integrations and extensions for Jira/Confluence
 * Create documentation, technical specifications, and test plans for new features and enhancements
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned responsibilities
