U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. * Experience with spares and/or material management and delivery for military or industrial customers. * Experience presenting program and technical issues to senior stakeholders. * Experience with budget or financial management including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools., * Demonstrated proficiency with supply chain procurement or manufacturing systems such as SAP PRISM or similar tools. * Demonstrated proficiency with the application and execution of Raytheon's Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), RTX Life Cycle Program Management (RLPM), or similar business processes. * Experience working in manufacturing or production environments. * Proven consistency, accountability, and flexibility in managing multiple and competing priorities. * Experience building strong customer relationships to meet contractual requirements and capture follow-on business opportunities. * Demonstrated experience in strategic development and/or contract capture within the Defense Industry. * Experience selling off contract deliverables to U.S. Military or FMS customers (e.g., DD250, etc.). * Experience with U.S. Military Radar Sustainment Programs. * Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior levels of leadership, including customers, Raytheon leadership, teammates, and suppliers. ## Description The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors LCE Long Range Radars Center is seeking a Spares Execution Lead. This position will report to the Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) Deployment, Fielding, and Sustainment (DFS) IPT Lead and will be on site in either Marlborough, MA or Woburn, MA. What You Will Do As the Spares Execution Lead, you will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions to on-time delivery of all spares supporting the AN/TPY-2 radars deployed globally.
