The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce platform development, integration, customization, and best practices while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams., * Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and enhancements. * Build and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. * Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Mulesoft. * Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. * Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. * Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices. * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity concerns. * Participate in release management, deployment planning, and environment strategy. * Develop unit tests and maintain code coverage according to Salesforce standards. * Document technical designs, development processes, and system configurations. * Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.
