* Deep knowledge of payer systems (claims processing, eligibility/enrollment, provider data, utilization management).
 * Strong expertise in integration technologies and standards (APIs, FHIR, HL7, X12 EDI).
 * Demonstrated experience with large-scale system implementations and integrations.
 * Familiarity with value-based care models, quality programs, and regulatory reporting (HEDIS, STARS, risk adjustment).
 * Experience with enterprise data warehouse platforms and concepts.

 * Collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional architecture teams to shape enterprise IT strategy.
 * Regularly mentors architects and technical staff, drives innovation, and leads high-impact initiatives that span multiple domains and business units.
 * Recognized as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge extending beyond core domains.
