## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Software Engineering Manager** to act as a subject matter expert within Software, System, and Test Engineering.

You will work in Newtown, PA and various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

 + Implement and design software including but not limited to applications based on: event driven architecture, asynchronous message oriented architecture, and standard client-server architecture, which entails overseeing the analysis of user requirements to improve release cadence and software quality, identifying leverage points to preserve quality of the application, reviewing feedbacks from applicable stakeholders to determine production eligibility, serving as a technology subject matter expert, performing system analysis and design of the key solutions, analyzing risks and suggesting avoidance activities, establishing contingency plans, and forming backup/ workaround solutions and corrective actions

 + Directly communicate with client's business department

 + Manage client escalations and act as an expert point of evaluation of operations-related services

 + Lead all phases of a project lifecycle from definition and requirements development to launch, and through production

 + Utilize different software development methodologies, processes, techniques, and quality planning methods in all phases of work
