 * Strong DAX skills
 * Solid SQL experience (joins, CTEs, data validation)
 * Experience with Salesforce reporting and data structures
 * Proven ability to gather requirements and work with stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience working in staffing, recruiting, or sales-driven environments
 * Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or cloud data platforms
 * Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
 * Experience working with third-party or consulting teams
 * Understanding of data governance and KPI frameworks
