You've led high-scale cloud infrastructure services, balancing business impact with deep technical excellence. You know how to grow and guide globally distributed teams while owning the design, delivery, and operation of mission-critical systems. You are technically strong, with experience building services that are highly available, scalable, and resilient - and you pair that with the judgment to balance new feature delivery with incremental improvements. This role blends technical depth with organizational leadership. You'll mentor and scale managers and principal engineers, while also rolling up your sleeves when needed to dive into architecture, design, or execution.
