* 5-8+ years of experience in BI/reporting development, with strong expertise in Power BI
 * Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
 * Experience working with Databricks or cloud-based data platforms
 * Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for data visualization
 * Experience replacing legacy BI tools (Tableau, SSRS) is highly preferred
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports leveraging Databricks data sources
 * Translate business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly visualizations
 * Optimize performance through efficient data modeling, DAX optimization, and query tuning
 * Lead efforts to migrate legacy Tableau/SSRS reports into modern Power BI solutions
 * Collaborate with the semantic layer team to ensure consistent data usage
 * Establish and enforce visualization standards, governance policies, and best practices
 * Ensure dashboards meet performance, scalability, and usability requirements
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for production dashboards
