## About the Role

* 5-12+ years designing, implementing, or securing enterprise IT and operational technology environments.
 * Experience with cloud security, Zero Trust, RMF, NIST 800-53, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
 * Experience supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) packages and continuous monitoring.
 * Security+, CISSP, Azure Security, AWS Security, or equivalent certifications

Security Clearance Required:

 * Active TS/SCI or DOE Q

## Description

Amentum is seeking Cybersecurity Engineer to support our U.S. Department of Energy contract. Positions will be based in the Washington, D.C area., Essential Responsibilities: Provide a wide range of Cyber Intelligence (CI) services to deliver timely, actionable, and relevant threat intelligence on hostile nation-states, cyber adversaries, and criminals seeking to conduct malicious cyber activities against U.S. energy sector partners., Safety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment. As appropriate, each employee is responsible for completing all training requirements and fulfilling all self-aid/buddy aid responsibilities, participating in emergency response tasks and serving on safety committees and teams.
