The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively. This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and revenue health at scale). This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. GTM has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. As the Strategy and Operations Lead of Product Workflow Design, you will oversee end-to-end strategic initiatives for seller workflows, as part of the Global Commercial Enablement Go-to-Market team. You will be responsible for driving impact in projects & programs related to scaled activation, sales incentives, product activation prioritization, and/or activation levers such as sales collateral, training & tools, in partnership with GTM and sales leaders. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits, * Develop global go-to-market strategies to drive product activation across the global business organization - comprising elements such as global activation plans, prioritization of ads products & sales motions, and the application of activation levers such as sales incentives, collateral, training, and tools. * Collaborate across go-to-market, sales, and product organizations to drive cross-functional sponsorship and alignment. * Drive end-to-end operational accuracy related to strategy development & execution (e.g., project planning, milestones, pilots/success metrics, and governance). * Create & deliver clear written communications and presentations, tailored to audience levels, in support of strategic recommendations and implementation considerations. * Conduct analyses and research, both quantitative and qualitative, in support of strategic recommendations.
