This senior specialist provides a professional level of operation, analysis and administration for complex issues and programs in one or more various disciplines. The specialist provides skilled work and functional leadership in areas such as budget preparation and tracking, process management, purchasing, communications and change, program implementation, project management, development, data research, analysis, business operations, business intelligence, and tracking, and/or information management.
