Bachelor's degree AND three years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role utilizing Tableau for data visualization and analysis. Preferred Qualifications + Demonstrated experience designing and developing dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. + Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, extraction and analysis from relational databases and experience using source control software. + Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling and ETL processes. + Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. + Strong attention to detail. + Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. ## Description The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst partners with University Advancement stakeholders and leadership to transform complex data into meaningful and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Reporting Services, the BI Analyst will lead the development of complex reporting and analytics solutions within a Microsoft SQL Server environment. This includes consulting with stakeholders across Advancement to understand business needs, designing and delivering custom reports and dashboards, identifying opportunities for process improvement and advancing self-service reporting capabilities across the organization.
