This team operates like an internal startup, owning the entire solution lifecycle - from idea generation and requirements gathering to architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and production support. This is not a traditional machine learning or data science role. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI applications, chatbots, and AI agents that solve real business problems. The engineer will work across business and technical teams to transform ambiguous requirements into scalable AI-powered automation solutions. Current initiatives include agentic AI applications, workflow automation, Anthropic/Claude integrations, and AI systems capable of retrieving information and taking action.
