## About the Role

* Candidates must have 4 + years strong operation support experience with Windows Server 2019 or greater
 * Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation Patching
 * 5 + years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired
 * Candidate must have 4+ years operations support experience with Workspace One UEM mobile device platform
 * Candidates submitted for this task should be available to work on a flexible schedule and participate in 24x7 on-call technical support.

Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with the following technology is a plus:

 * Workspace One UEM
 * Workspace One Access
 * Microsoft Office 365 applications
 * Microsoft Active Directory

## Description

The UEM Mobile Support Engineer will work directly with the ITCS Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Team Branch performing the following duties:

 * Engineering, design, development, support and administration for mobile based solutions and standards for Workspace One environments.
 * Provide support for mobile applications such as Office 365 as needed.
 * Perform configuration management, technical support, application support and corresponding documentation.
 * Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, information systems professionals, and the non-technical user community.
