 * Able to create a build and deploy EAR

## Description

* Analysis, design and coding projects for the Clinical application suite.

 * Provide coding for modules, participate in code reviews, and mentor those team members with less experience.

 * Champion SDLC methods and best practices and ensure quality standards are met.

 * Provide analysis and design documents, test plans and results and documentation of those programs while delivering assignments within specified time frames.

 * Support and promote service improvements as well as informally lead projects or portions of projects providing design and oversight as well as development to ensure projects provide quality of service and end user satisfaction levels.

 * Ensure consistent alignment of technical solutions to corporate standards and processes and proposed solutions meet the business goals and objectives of the supported unit.

 * Works collaboratively with both technical and business oriented project team members to resolve issues and ensure the development effort is on schedule.

 * During software releases participate in shakeouts and support of the release process in off hours.
