## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields of study, or an additional 4 years of experience.
 * 10 or more years of experience in application security, cyber security, access management, and network security.
 * Hands-on experience with identity access management tools, specifically Okta.
 * Experience with security technologies such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Web Application Firewall (WAF), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Extended Detection and Response (XDR).
 * Understanding of SOX controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and financial application security.

## Description

This role is focused on managing and implementing IT security solutions, including identity access management using tools like Okta, and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. The person in this position will lead initiatives to enhance the security posture of the organization, collaborating closely with various teams to implement technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO). This hands-on managerial role is vital for maintaining robust access controls and supporting audit and compliance efforts., * Manage and implement information technology security solutions, focusing on identity access management using Okta.

 * Oversee daily security operations, ensuring the organization's security posture is maintained and enhanced.
 * Engage in compliance efforts with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, supporting audit initiatives.
