You'll be the go-to hero for clients who need help with everything from frozen screens to "mysterious internet issues." We would love to have someone with solid IT support experience, but we are also willing to train the right person-but you do need to be someone who loves figuring stuff out, is patient with people, and finds joy in getting things working again.
