* 1+ years of professional experience in deskside or IT support
 * Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
 * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 * Experience with Microsoft Teams (collaboration, troubleshooting, conferencing issues)
 * Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user account management, password resets, permissions)
 * Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting)
 * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)

Junior Deskside Support Analyst - Nice-to-Have Skills:

 * A+ Certification or similar
 * Experience with printer support and troubleshooting
 * Exposure to meeting room technologies (e.g., Cisco)
 * Experience in a pharmaceutical or similar industry
 * Strong communication skills

## Description

We are seeking a Junior Deskside Support Analyst to provide on-site technical support for end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues, supporting the Microsoft ecosystem, and delivering a high level of customer service in a professional environment., * Provide deskside support for hardware, software, and end-user issues

 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams
 * Support common incidents such as login/access issues, system performance, file recovery, and connectivity problems
 * Assist with printer support (e.g., Ricoh, Xerox) and meeting room technologies (e.g., Cisco)
 * Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
 * Support meeting room setups and resolve AV/communication tool issues
 * Document tickets, resolutions, and escalate issues as required
 * Deliver a high level of customer service, including support for senior stakeholders
