The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate's work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies. ## Description Senior Analyst of Information Governance & Record Management reports directly to the Director of Information Governance and Records Mgmt. and will provide support and direction for the activities within the Information Governance and records management function., * Support and execute the Information Governance, Record Management program, including Enterprise Information Management (EIM) roadmap in alignment with FME's information technology. * Beresponsiblefor leadingnumerous InformationGovernance(IG)initiatives,including,butnotlimitedtoIG and records policy and best practices and managing company's information and data systems. * WorkcloselywithInformationTechnology Solutions teams,Businessteams,Legal&Compliance to assess and improve the overall information management governance. * Beastrategicthinker,influencerandaleaderforourinternal teamsandcustomers. * Capableof workingincomplex,multi-productecosystems,atmultiplelevels,withawidevarietyof constituents and with a strong healthcare background., Leadership * Manage andevolvetheCompany'sInformationGovernanceandRecordInformationManagementprogram. * Demonstrate culturalintelligence and be a leadchange agent in the organization. * Build strong partnerships across all of Business Units of the Company including product managers, operational excellence, and information technology teams. * StrongcommunicationskillstoeffectivelybuildandexecutetheCompany's data and information protectionstrategywiththeabilitytoinfluence business leaders at the Company.
