Measures of Success + Strength and durability of executive level client trust and partnership + Successful delivery of transformation outcomes aligned to business objectives ## Description The Transformation Program Executive is a senior, client embedded leader responsible for partnering with executive stakeholders to successfully deliver complex, enterprise scale IT transformation efforts and transition them into stable, standardized run operations. This role serves as Ensono's primary transformation partner to the client-developing trusted, executive level relationships while providing the authority, judgment, and leadership required to navigate ambiguity, unblock decision making, and align technical teams to deliver sustainable outcomes. Operating within the Client Implementation and Transformation Operations function within Global Operations, the Transformation Program Executive leads across architecture, delivery, and operations through influence. The role is accountable for ensuring infrastructure led transformations spanning hybrid cloud, legacy platforms, applications, data, security, and operating models move decisively from transformation to steady state., Executive Client Partnership + Establish and maintain trusted, executive level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders, serving as a strategic partner throughout the transformation lifecycle. + Develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives, operating model, risk tolerance, and organizational dynamics to guide effective decision making. + Act as a credible, outcome focused advisor-able to both partner and challenge client leadership when required to protect transformation success. Transformation Leadership & Authority + Own accountability for transformation outcomes, ensuring strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational readiness remain aligned throughout the engagement. + Provide clear transformation leadership across Ensono technical and delivery teams, setting direction, expectations, and priorities through influence and executive presence. + Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and misalignments, intervening decisively to resolve issues before they impact outcomes. + Lead executive level escalations and recovery efforts on at risk initiatives, stabilizing programs while preserving client trust. + Establish and enforce strong data governance practices throughout the transformation program, ensuring a single, aligned voice through consistent standards, decision-making, and communication." Service Design & Technical Team Alignment + Partner closely with Principal Architects and senior technical leaders to shape end-to-end service design, transformation sequencing, and execution models. + Ensure technical solutions are not only architecturally sound but operationally viable, supportable, and aligned to the client's future state operating model. + Guide technical teams through key inflection points-design decisions, migration waves, cutovers, and stabilization-without operating as a hands-on architect. Transition to Run & Operational Readiness + Lead the transition from transformation delivery into standardized, steady state run operations, ensuring clarity of ownership, governance, and service accountability. + Validate that operational processes, controls, and support models are in place to sustain transformation outcomes post-implementation. + Partner with service owners and operations leaders to ensure the transformed environment meets agreed service levels, resilience, and compliance expectations.
