Translate Business Strategy into IT/OT Strategy by developing a IT/OT strategy that directly supports and enables the achievement of business goals. This includes identifying how technology can drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage Enterprise-Wide Architecture Development: Create and manage a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that encompasses business, data, application, and technology domains, with a specific focus on the integration of IT and OT. Establish guiding principles and standards for technology selection, development, and integration across the entire enterprise, ensuring consistency and interoperability between IT and OT. Define the desired future state of the organization's IT and OT landscape, outlining how systems and processes should evolve to meet strategic objectives IT/OT Convergence Strategy: Design the overarching architectural approach for integrating IT and OT systems, ensuring seamless data flow, secure communication, and interoperability. Identify opportunities where IT and OT can be leveraged together to create new business value, improve operational efficiency, or enhance decision-making. Analyze and propose solutions for the inherent differences and challenges in integrating IT and OT, such as differing lifecycles, security requirements, and communication protocols Technology Governance and Roadmapping: Provide strategic guidance on the selection of enterprise-wide technologies, platforms, and solutions, considering their impact on both IT and OT.
