## About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Escalation Analyst to join a fast-paced Regulatory & Compliance team. In this role, you'll investigate customer disputes, conduct research, manage case resolutions, and ensure regulatory requirements are met.

This position is ideal for candidates with intermediate experience in customer service, claims processing, insurance, banking, fraud, government services, legal support, or dispute resolution., * 3+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service, claims, dispute resolution, or case-processing environment.

 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

 * Experience in insurance, banking, fraud, government services, credit reporting, legal support, or compliance.
 * Previous escalations, investigations, claims, or dispute-resolution experience.
 * Salesforce or case-management system experience.
