## About the Role

We are looking for Enterprise Systems Engineer with a minimum of 11 years' relevant experience and a Bachelors' Degree. Candidate must have experience in the following:

 * Experience supporting Windows Server 2016 or newer in enterprise environments.
 * Strong proficiency in PowerShell, including scripting, automation, and module development.
 * Experience with security and secret management tools (e.g., credential vaults, secure key stores, privileged access solutions).
 * Hands-on experience with enterprise messaging or archiving systems (Enterprise Vault, legacy archiving tools, or Microsoft Exchange).
 * Strong understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and core Windows infrastructure services.
 * Experience applying security baselines, patching, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex server, messaging, and automation issues.

 * Experience with Enterprise Vault administration, retention policies, journaling, or archive migrations.
 * Familiarity with legacy archiving systems or Exchange transport, mailbox management, and compliance workflows.
 * Experience with PowerShell DSC, automation frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure.
 * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup systems, or monitoring platforms.
 * Certifications such as Security+, Microsoft Server/Exchange, or related enterprise infrastructure credentials.
 * Prior experience supporting DoD or U.S. Government customers.
