 * Time: Developing accurate, scalable, and globally compliant Time & Attendance systems, including clocking, time-off accrual, and scheduling, ensuring employees are paid correctly and legally.
 * Benefits: Creating and maintaining the marketplace and administration tools for health, retirement, and other employee benefits, handling complex enrollment, eligibility, and provider integrations.
 * Talent: Designing products that manage employee growth, performance, and learning, helping companies develop and retain their workforce effectively.

What you will do

 * Design and implement features with an emphasis on backend logic, API development, and data integrity, while also contributing to the frontend implementation.
 * Work across the stack, focusing on API design, event modeling, and robust data management while ensuring a seamless connection to the user interface.
 * Own the full development lifecycle for features, ensuring that the backend architecture supports both reliable functionality and excellent frontend performance.
