* 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
 * Subject matter expert within business area/specialization with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines
 * Expert skill using with business intelligence applications and/or cloud services
 * Expert knowledge of reporting capabilities of existing ERP, CRM and/or database software vendors
 * Expert skill using statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis
 * Advanced skill with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R
 * Expert knowledge of reporting/dashboarding best practices and data research and root cause analysis techniques
 * Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-makers
 * Research skills
 * Interpersonal skills
 * Expert knowledge of data integration, cleaning and validation techniques
 * Advanced research skills in the ability to complete data research, business research, reporting/dashboarding best practices research, root cause analysis, needs assessment
 * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience

## Description

* Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources, including structured and unstructured data sets, to drive insights into business performance.
 * Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions
 * Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards, heat maps) in order to support business decisions
 * Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
 * Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks, and profits of new business initiatives.
 * Understand data gaps and tie data components together for visualizations
 * Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance.
 * Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.
 * Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
 * Assist with the development and enhancement of practices, procedures, and instructions
 * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, subject matter experts, and leaders; work with senior management on complex issues
 * Lead medium to large projects and initiatives
 * Mentor lower level staff
 * Manage a portfolio of dashboards, monitor use and performance, and make recommendations to management for enhancement or changes
