## Description

Our IT Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that our technology systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently., * Provide technical support to all staff members for hardware, software, and network related issues

 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
 * Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
 * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
 * Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
 * Train and support staff on the use of technology systems and applications
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions
 * Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
