## About the Role

Our customer is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join their team of 7 in daily support of their environment. The ideal candidate will come from a service desk support having experience supporting windows, MECM/Intune experience for endpoint management, experience troubleshooting and supporting MAC devices, and any experience supporting AV Equipment would be a nice to have. Someone with experience providing hardware support and assisting in higher tier ticketing would be a great candidate.

This team is end user facing, so candidates need to be able to communicate well on the phones, documentation experience and experience working through a ticketing system are must haves. This customer works with ServiceNow as their ticketing system.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

 * 5+ years work experience in a related field.

 * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux

 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.

 * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an interrupt driven environment.
