Knowledge and Skills: * Experience working cross-functionally with both technical teams and business stakeholders preferred. * Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel, reporting tools, and foundational data structure concepts preferred. * Hands-on exposure to dashboards, analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, or digital reporting solutions preferred. * Working knowledge of Quality Systems and regulated data principles. * Strong capabilities in reporting, analytics coordination, and insight development. * Ability to interpret data and summarize findings into clear, meaningful insights for non-technical audiences. * Experience working with curated datasets, dashboards, reporting workflows, and analytics processes. * Ability to identify reporting trends, inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving and investigative skills. * Experience supporting process improvement, governance, and reporting standardization initiatives. * Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with Quality partners and technical teams.
