This is an on-site, client-facing role supporting photography and video studios, where you'll troubleshoot digital capture systems, creative workstations, and enterprise IT equipment to keep productions running smoothly. You'll work closely with photographers, producers, creative teams, and the broader IT organization, providing fast, professional technical support in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
