As a Field Support Technician you will play a crucial role in providing Tier 1 onsite technical support, hardware setups and deployments.

This position will be focused on the following:

 * Communicating with clients through phone and email
 * Basic O365 troubleshooting
 * Basic application troubleshooting
 * Basic Active Directory support
 * Windows OS support
 * Mac OS Support
 * Basic computer and peripheral setups
 * Basic onsite hardware installs
 * Basic hardware troubleshooting
