 * 20+ years of architectural project management experience
 * Strong background in large-scale sports, civic, or complex project types
 * Expertise in all project phases through post-occupancy
 * Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
 * Experience with Revit, BIM, and integrated project delivery preferred
