Education and Experience: * Education: Such as may have been gained through possession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field. * Experience: Such as may have been gained through considerable employment in a highly responsible position involving responsibility for the planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management and monitoring/reporting functions throughout the software development life cycle. * Or any combination of education and experience that shall be substantially equivalent to the above education and experience. ## Description To work with State agencies and/or organizations to strengthen cross-system collaboration and implement integrated business solutions within an integrated health and human service system; to be responsible for several project developments simultaneously; to perform planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management and monitoring/reporting functions throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC); and to do related work as required. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general direction of an agency program lead or a consortium with considerable latitude for the exercise of initiative and independent judgement; assignments are subject to review for results obtained in adherence to established policies and procedures.
