## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related fields or equivalent work experience.
 * Emphasis on Windows Server platforms, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022; SQL Clustering; PowerShell Automation; IIS configuration; AD; DNS; VLANs; Netscalers, etc.
 * Familiarity with SQL connections and basic queries, Oracle connections, VMWare.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Information Technology.
 * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work well with cross-functional groups.

## Description

* Responsible for identifying, analyzing, monitoring, supporting, architecting, and engineering solutions related to Windows Server environments.
 * Focuses on OS, middleware, applications, and databases for pre-production servers.
 * Strong emphasis on automation, coding skills, and experience with various Windows Server versions.
 * Needs to support a complex infrastructure environment with active collaboration across teams.
