 + Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) - upgrades, licensing, maintenance, and deployment
 + Cisco Firepower - upgrades, maintenance, and deployment
 + Cisco ASA to Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) migrations
 + Cisco 802.1X deployment
 + DMVPN design and deployment (CNSSP-15 compliant)
 + Juniper ADVPN
 * Strong understanding of enterprise routing protocols including:
 + OSPF
 + EIGRP
 + BGP
 * Experience supporting complex enterprise or federal network environments.

This role is ideal for an experienced network engineer with deep expertise in Cisco security technologies, secure routing, and large-scale network infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting enterprise security solutions within complex government environments.

 * Plans, coordinates, and implements the organization's information security.
 * Analyzes requirements and potential solutions for technical and economic feasibility.
 * Design optimized firewall and IPS rule structure and ensures standards are maintained.
 * Monitors and maintains health of all firewalls/IPS and recommends improvements.
 * Develops and maintains documentation of firewall/IPS procedures.
 * Develops and maintains complex schematics relating to network security.
 * Researches, evaluates, recommends, designs, tests, and implements new network security technologies.
 * Displays expert knowledge of current security tools and practices.
 * Under general guidance, provides support to network engineers.
