Nice to Have Skills & Experience * Experience with Microsoft Fabric. * Experience with Copilot or other AI-enabled analytics capabilities. * Experience consolidating or modernizing Excel-based dashboards into scalable BI solutions. * Background that started in hands-on development before moving into senior BI, analytics, or visualization roles. * Healthcare payer, enterprise business reporting, or regulated industry experience. ## Description A leading healthcare client is seeking a Senior BI & Visualization Developer to support high-visibility executive reporting initiatives for their C-suite and VP level audiences. This person will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define KPIs and metrics, and translate complex business questions into clear, actionable Power BI dashboards and visualizations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and consultative. They should be able to communicate clearly with senior leaders, understand enterprise business reporting needs across areas like HR, Finance, incident management, SLA reporting, and project accounting, and influence how BI tools can be used to answer business questions-not simply take orders.
