* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

 * 5+ years of Oracle HCM consulting experience.

 * Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

 * Strong understanding of HR business processes.

 * Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.

 * Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions., * Experience supporting EPC, construction, engineering, utilities, energy, or infrastructure companies.

 * Oracle Fusion HCM Certification.

 * Experience managing large field-based or project-driven workforces.

 * Knowledge of workforce planning and labor management.

 * Familiarity with global HR operations., * Oracle Fusion HCM

 * BI Publisher

 * HDL (HCM Data Loader)

 * HSDL

 * REST APIs

 * Fast Formulas

 * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

 * Security Configuration

 * 10+ years of Oracle ERP/HCM consulting experience.

 * 6+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.

 * 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.

 * Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting.

 * Experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy organizations.

 * Ability to work with HR leadership and business stakeholders in large-scale transformation programs., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
