As a dedicated Design Producer Senior, you will apply advanced knowledge and experience in human-centered design to lead high-performing teams through the design lifecycle, orchestrating the work of cross-functional teams to facilitate the design vision for moderately complex to complex Member and Employee experiences in a human-centered, data-informed, agile environment.
