Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.ExperienceAt least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in supporting servers, networks, enterprise applications, and end-user systems. Candidates with strong relevant experience and a growth mindset are encouraged to apply.Relevant certifications such as Network+ and/or Security+, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE or equivalent), CCNA, VMware, or cloud-related credentials.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python), or modern endpoint management tools.Knowledge ofWindows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.Microsoft Office Suite and common enterprise applications.Networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/Wireless, VLANs, basic routing/switching, firewalls).Security tools and practices (antivirus/EDR, email security, content filtering, vulnerability management).Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage/backup solutions.VoIP systems (Cisco preferred). Remote work or hybrid arrangements are not permitted; regular attendance at the designated worksite is an essential function of the role. The position is primarily office-based, with occasional fieldwork, travel for meetings/conferences/site visits, or exposure to outdoor conditions (50% or less of work time). This position supports reliable, secure, and efficient operation of network, server, storage, virtualization, VoIP, and backup systems.
