Iris is a core strategic system within AeGIS, the CONNECT organization that builds the tools enabling the construction, improvement, and long term evolution of Comcast's nationwide access network. The system supports the planning and design of more than one million miles of coax and fiber infrastructure, and integrates automation capabilities that reduce design cycle time and cost. As Comcast continues deploying some of the most advanced broadband networks in the world, Iris plays a critical role in ensuring our design and deployment teams have the tools needed to work at scale. Built on modern technologies including Unity3D, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS, Iris demands strong architectural stewardship and engineering leadership to maintain enterprise grade performance, resiliency, and accuracy. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, disciplined execution, and people development.
