## About the Role

Do you have experience in Precision measurement in machining?, * Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident due to CMMC Level 2 certification requirements.

 * Minimum of 5 years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
 * Strong understanding of machining processes, GD&T, inspection methods, technical drawings, and tolerances.
 * Working knowledge of CMMs, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and similar inspection equipment.
 * Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, inspection plans, and standards.
 * Perform hands-on inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
 * Lead the quality team by managing workflow, setting priorities, training others, and providing technical guidance.
 * Support FAIs, documentation, audits, quality metrics, corrective actions, and compliance with customer requirements and AS9100 standards.
