## About the Role

Do you have experience in IT?, * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology field preferred

 * CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, or other certifications are a plus
 * 2+ years of experience in supporting computers and cloud-based technologies
 * 2+ years of experience supporting remote users and troubleshooting moderately complex issues

## Description

* Manage and work tickets via the service desk ticketing system within SLAs Monitor and respond quickly to incoming phone requests that relate to IT issues
 * Maintain computer systems and act as support for system degradation/outages
 * Responsible for end-user PC's, Printers, Servers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc)
