## About the Role

* Superior customer service skills
 * Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP
 * Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting hardware and applications
 * Experience troubleshooting VPN issues
 * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
 * Demonstrates key competencies to include Effective Communication, Ensures Accountability and Customer Focus
 * Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance day-to-day business processes.

## Description

* Answer calls from employees needing help with various issues such as:
 + Password reset
 + Account Lockout
 + Application Access
 * Work tickets to fulfill requests such as:
 + New employee onboarding
 + Terminations
 + Application Access
 * Create and update documentation for the Service Desk, This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Senior Manager, Data Center Operation. You will have 5 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
