You'll work across multiple product areas spanning Shopping CX and Apps, partnering closely with product, engineering, and research to ship customer-facing experiences at scale. Key job responsibilities Own end-to-end UX design for cross-border shopping features Deliver high-quality interaction design, visual design, and prototypes that solve complex customer problems Collaborate with PM, engineering, and research partners to define problem spaces, explore solutions, and iterate based on data and feedback Contribute to design systems and patterns that scale across multiple international marketplaces Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while advocating for customer needs Operate in fast-paced sprint cycles, managing multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal oversight About the team Cross-Border Shopping UX is a high-impact design team embedded within Amazon's cross-border organization. We own the end-to-end customer experience across multiple product areas spanning cross-border shopping and standalone apps. We operate on 2-week sprints, move fast, and ship globally. Every designer on this team owns multiple workstreams and has outsized influence on product direction - you won't be pushing pixels in a corner.
