## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience across technical/solutions architecture, systems engineering, strategic construction consulting, or process optimization.
 * Proven ability to present to, influence, and build relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders.
 * Strong background in mapping complex business requirements into technical software features and design methodologies.
 * Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional initiatives for enterprise-level clients.
 * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical work experience.

Bonus Points For:

 * Deep expertise with Trimble B2W solutions or the broader Trimble Construction Management Solutions ecosystem.
 * Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools in a business context, such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or Microsoft CoPilot.
 * Familiarity with agentic orchestration platforms like n8n, Workato, or Google Gemini Enterprise.
