TECHNOLOGY Core Stack: HTML/JavaScript, RESTful API, also interaction with .NET Framework, C# and MSSQL Tools: Visual Studio Code/Enterprise, Claude Code, Azure DevOps Git, Azure DevOps Ticket Management, Microsoft SQL Server, Zendesk EDUCATION An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience in software implementation will be considered. ## Description Hancock Software is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Implementation team and serve as a primary technical resource throughout the client lifecycle. In this hands-on role, you will guide customers through preparation, planning, configuration, validation, and deployment of the Hancock Cloud energy efficiency software platform. You will collaborate closely with Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering, and the Executive team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients across the country. Another key aspect of this role is client and software support; you will provide service-level application support to assist our support team in the diagnosis and debugging of software and configuration-related issues.
