 * GIS Viewer (business use) - confirmed experience

 * Workshop & meeting facilitation - confirmed experience

 * BPM - process analysis & optimisation - confirmed experience

 * MS Office, Jira, Confluence - operational proficiency

 * Dutch C2 (CEFR) - mandatory

Should have:

 * Large-scale transformation programmes - confirmed experience

## Description

* Design and implement the Azure cloud foundation: architecture, security, scalability.

 * Own cloud governance and deploy policies via EPAC (Enterprise Policy as Code).

 * Produce designs in collaboration with product and application teams.

 * Ensure technical coordination across multiple simultaneous projects.

 * Challenge designs proposed by outsourcing partners and candidate vendors.

 * Drive Azure FinOps: cost allocation models, budgeting, reservations and savings plans management, anomaly detection.

 * Ensure coherent integration of cloud services within the overall ecosystem.

 * Continuously improve services delivered to internal customers.
